Dr. Wolfgang Faisst
Wolfgang is a senior leader in the technology and software space and the founder of ValueWorks. He spent 14 years at SAP, where, amongst other roles, he was Head of SAP Exchange Media. Before SAP he was a Manager in Bain & Company's IT practice. At Anding, he contributes expertise in software, AI and PE investor reporting.
Dr. Andreas Hammer
Andreas has 20+ years of experience in retail and 10+ years in executive leadership, most recently as Executive Board Member at C&A Europe, responsible for E-Commerce, Omni-Channel and Retail Store Innovation. He was trained at Bain & Company. At Anding, Andreas contributes his expertise in retail and transformation across a wide range of business and ownership models, incl. publicly traded, PE- and family-owned businesses.
Michael Mäder
Michael brings 17 years of experience in executive search, specializing in C-suite, general management, regional, and functional leadership roles. His career began in Shanghai, where he focused on Asian markets, and later expanded globally. He supports clients in industrial, technology, consulting, and life sciences. As advisor at Anding, Michael supports design and search of leadership roles for clients across corporate and PE spectrum. He also advises on helping companies expand across Asia.
Alexandra Pretschner
Alexandra is an experienced organizational developer and leader in user-centered product and service innovation, e.g. at Swisscom, BSH, E.ON, and B.Braun. Her focus is on change leadership and building empowered organizations. A tAnding, she brings a strong human perspective to PMI, reorganization and large transformation initiatives to mitigate organizational risk.
Christian Stangier
Christian is an Executive Leader with 25+ years of experience in Telco, Digital Platforms and tech-drive transformation. He specializes in global partnership buildup (Apple, Google, Samsung), new business model development and leadership of innovation-driven organizations. Proven track record in building digital platforms, AI transformations, and venture development. At Anding, Christian advises on digital strategy, technology organizations, and platform leadership.
Viktor Tönköl
Viktor is a senior IT professional with 15+ years experience in building distributed Data, IoT, AI enabled systems in Telco,Transportation, Financial Services and many other industries. He supports Anding as a tech and AI expert in both leadership and hands-on implementation roles.
Barbara Wiecher
Barbara brings 20+ years of experience in corporate HR (incl. DKV Mobility, ista, Kienbaum). At Anding she supports the entire spectrum of HR topics, incl. Operating model, HR Digitalization, Training & Development,Transformation & Change management.
Prof. Dr. Stefan Wittenberg
Stefan is a professor at HTW Berlin, specializing in Generative AI, business process management, and ERP systems. He has prior leadership experience at Bertelsmann/ arvato and Bundesdruckerei, where he led operations and SAP initiatives. At Anding, he contributes expertise in AI implementation and process digitalization.
