HR & Talent Management​

As part of the HR and Recruiting department, you play a key role in shaping our workforce—from discovering great candidates to supporting their growth within the company.​ In this role, you’ll help actively shape the firm’s culture, play a direct part in your colleagues’ growth, and contribute to Anding’s long-term success.

Your Responsibilities​

  • Lead recruiting efforts, including sourcing and onboarding candidates
  • Design and implement training and development programs; manage external training providers​
  • Coordinate staffing and resource planning to align project needs with consultant development​
  • Support the full career development cycle, incl. evaluations, promotion/bonus processes, and meeting preparation
  • Serve as primary HR contact for employees; handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain HR data, prepare reports, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes
  • ​Contribute to people & culture initiatives (e.g., diversity, well-being, internal processes)​

Your Profile

  • 2–5 years HR experience, ideally in consulting or a dynamic service environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities​
  • Experience in talent development, staffing, or HR business partnering
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools​
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German​
  • Empathic, structured, and solution-oriented communication style
